This is the official request form for Incident Reviews for the Grand Prix Tour league.

Drivers may submit requests only for incidents in which they were directly involved (being caught up in the aftermath of an incident does not count), and resulted in material time loss. Please do not submit IRRs for inconsequential contact.

Drivers have ~one day after the event start to submit a request.
The Incident Review Team will complete reviews within two days after that.
For each incident, a pool of 3-5 members of the IRT will be assigned for review.
Review decisions will be shared and final results processed at the conclusion of the three day process window.

Please remember the GPT's core values courtesy, conflict resolution, and communication. Regardless of any decision, we encourage members to connect directly, discuss incidents openly, and own their role in the incident. Failure to adhere to these basic behaviors can be grounds for additional penalties up to and including removal from the league, per the official GPT Competition Rules.
